Just south of Seattle, you'll find this historic landmark hidden in the hills of Tacoma, Washington. With whispers of a bygone era, the Annie Wright School is a beautiful wedding venue complete with lofty windows and Tudor architecture. Jed and Cassie gave their wedding a European flair with their couture apparel and outdoor festivities.
Still one of my favorite weddings to date, Cassie became more than a client, she became a friend. Her eye for detail and love of couture fashion made us instant besties, but it was her beautiful spirit that sealed the deal. And when you start cracking the same jokes...it's just meant to be ;)
A few things that really stand out to me was the beautiful light in this wedding venue. Around each corner was a new option, it was like Christmas for a photographer-- beautiful staircases, open courtyard, hidden rooms, it was definitely a delight. The other highlight was the families involved. Jed & Cassie both come from amazing families, loving siblings, parents that have been married for decades. It is a joy to witness and makes the celebration really come alive.

Christa is absolutely PHENOMENAL! My husband and I are beyond blessed to have had her capture our day! She was so great at directing people kindly and having fun too!
